What are the EnerMAX wage rates?

Wages at EnerMAX vary depending on your experience, location and the position.  We regularly review our wages to ensure we are competitive to the markets in which we operate.

Does EnerMAX provide job training?

Yes.  We have standard procedures and practices for all positions.  New staff are trained consistent with our standards.

When do I get benefits?

In Canada, employees are eligible for group benefits after a three month waiting period.  Benefits include extended health and dental, disability insurance, life insurance, Employee and Family Assistance Program, group home and auto and group Registered Retirement Savings Plan.

In the USA, employees are eligible for insurance benefits after a 90 day waiting period.  401K and vacation are offered after a one year waiting period.

What qualifications do I need to work at EnerMAX?

Skills and experience are dependent on the position.  Our Current Opportunities page details the qualifications for each position.  For all positions, we are looking for skilled people with a passion for safety and customer service.
