John Geddes – Chairman of the Board
John's responsibilities include providing strategic vision for EnerMAX, providing guidance around the growth plan, and assist the corporate team in the execution of the integration plan. John is the president of SCF Partners Inc. and is currently Chairman of several boards including Flint Energy Services and Global Flow Technologies. John was a senior executive with one of SCF's original Fund I investments in 1989, Wheatley Corporation, where he experienced SCF's value-creation first hand, including the acquisition of five companies, an IPO on the NYSE in 1991, and the eventual sale to Dresser Industries in 1994. At Dresser, John was Group President of several oilfield companies with operations worldwide.

John W. Cooper – President and Chief Executive Officer
John's responsibilities include the continued growth and profitability of EnerMAX, the development and execution of the strategic vision, business plans and strategies that create value for employees, customers and shareholders. John will work closely with the field managers, along with the corporate team in integrating EnerMAX to an industry leader in the energy fluid services market, and developing EnerMAX Services as an employer of choice. John has over 20 years of senior executive experience; most recently as the General Manager of Waste Management's western Canada business unit, and previous to that, he served as the president of Superior Propane in Calgary. In addition to this, John serves an independent board director of Imaging Dynamics, and is an active member of various not-for-profit charities/organizations.

Barry Lee – Chief Operating Officer
Barry has an extensive and impressive background in the oilfield services business, with over 25 years of energy experience. Barry will work closely with the General Managers, our Corporate HSE Manager and the field operations to maximize our financial results and profitability and to assist in our journey of establishing a 1 company concept to increase our customer market share. He will also provide guidance and leadership as we create a best in class fluid service company and employer of choice.

Throughout his career, Barry gained leadership expertise in a variety of sales and operational roles. Barry has been a key leader for the Norwest Shooters, Computalog, IPS, and most recently with Transco Energy Services.

Brian Peters – Chief Financial Officer
Brian has an extensive and impressive background as a proven financial leader with over fifteen (15) years of direct energy and oilfield service business experience. Brian will work closely with Alan Savi, the regional controllers and Barry Lee to maximize our financial results and profitability. Brian will also provide the CEO with guidance and leadership as EnerMAX continues to create a best in class fluid service company and employer of choice.

Pat Sheehan – VP, Business Development
Pat’s role in EnerMAX will be to closely work with all field operations and sales leaders to gain new business and to continue to enhance and build upon our relationships with key customers. Pat brings 20+ years of experience to our team having worked with such companies Bronco Tank and Testing, Tundra Valve & Wellhead, Rockwell Services, and recently with Concord Well Services and Withers Trucking.

Alan Savi – Vice President of Finance
Alan's responsibilities include financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting and administrative integration. Alan works very closely with the individual division controllers ensuring financial information is delivered on an accurate and timely fashion. Alan has 10+ years of accounting and finance experience including assistant controller at Precision Well Servicing, a division of Precision Drilling.
